At Hung Up Australia, each product is made to order using the colour, design and cradle finish selected by the customer.
CHANGE OF MIND
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, incorrect design selection or incorrect cradle selection.
Please review all selections carefully before completing your order. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hungupaustralia.com
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production has begun.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or significantly different from its description, please contact us at hello@hungupaustralia.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item and packaging
Please contact us before returning an item. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where the item is confirmed to have a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a replacement or refund. Where the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
If a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Hung Up Australia will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification, excessive force or use outside their intended purpose are not considered faulty.
